Community News, Tenant news

Our Volunteer Awards are back for 2026, celebrating the people who offer their time to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, our communities, and the services we offer.

Last year, staff and residents came together at the New House Hotel in Thornhill, Cardiff to recognise the positive impact volunteers make on our communities, and we are looking forward to celebrating their achievements and outstanding contributions this year.

Are there volunteers in your community who you would like to celebrate for the work they do? Here are the categories you can nominate them for:

  • Volunteer of the Year Award
  • Community Champion Award
  • Learner of the Year
  • Outstanding Contribution Award
  • Young Volunteer Award
  • Inspirational Volunteer Award
  • Teamwork and Collaboration Award
  • Job Seekers Resilience Award

You can find our nomination page here.

Nominations close on Monday 20th April, and the winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 9th July.

The nominations will be judged by a panel of residents to make sure the winners truly reflect the voices of the communities they serve.
