Technology Support Analyst

We are looking for a Technology Support Analyst to join our growing Technology and Business Transformation team.

In this role you will be the first-line of contact for staff raising helpdesk tickets, and will also be responsible for issuing devices to staff as required. You will also work with suppliers to manage the field equipment in our homes, such as CCTV, Wi-Fi, alarms and door entry systems.

If you are detail-oriented, have previous helpdesk experience, and are enthusiastic about tech, we would love to hear from you.
