Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach

We are looking for a compassionate, resilient individual to join us as a Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, enabling the Bespoke Repatriation Service and the patients within it to thrive.

Working in partnership with the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB), the Bespoke Repatriation Service supports people to transition from secure hospital residential settings into a supported community setting, and, eventually, to independent living in the community.

In this role you will support the BRS Team Leader in the day-to-day operational management of the service, liaise with community mental health teams, and assist effectively with crisis management.

  • £37,986 per annum
