Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach

We have multiple opportunities to join our team as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach.

Our Bespoke Repatriation service is a 24/7 support service in partnership with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). The service supports patients to transition from secure hospital residential settings into a supported community setting, and eventually into their own home.

The Acorn Project is another partnership with ABUHB’s Hiraeth team, providing homes and individual, specialist support to people with complex mental health needs and attachment difficulties. The Acorn Project also provides homes and support for young people making the transition from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to adult service provision.

Bespoke Repatriation service:

  • Three roles available
  • Six month temporary contracts until August 2024, with possibility of extension depending on funding
  • 5 hours on a shift basis

Acorn Project:

  • Multiple roles available
  • Permanent, 35 hours a week
  • 35 hours a week on a shift basis
  • £23,441.60
  • Closes Tuesday 30th January, 9am
