Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach

We are looking for Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaches to join our team, covering our Acorn Project and our Bespoke Repatriation Service.

Our Bespoke Repatriation Service is a 24/7 support service in partnership with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). The service supports patients to transition from secure hospital residential settings into a supported community setting, and eventually into their own home.

The Acorn Project is another partnership with ABUHB’s Hiraeth team, providing homes and individual, specialist support to people with complex mental health needs and attachment difficulties. The Acorn Project also provides homes and support for young people making the transition from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to adult service provision.
