There have been many acts of kindness during the coronavirus pandemic.

Whether it’s for help with food shopping; cooking meals to help neighbours; chats over the phone; collecting prescriptions; help with the internet or video calls; keeping others safe or helping people to adapt their life or business to social distancing, please tell us who you want to thank and why via this nomination form.
