If you believe that a car, van or any other vehicle has been abandoned, report it to your local council.
If your neighbour is parking in a way that obstructs your ability to enter or leave your home, or your allocated parking space, please speak to them as they may not be aware that they are causing a problem.
If the problem continues, please tell us and we will contact them.
In line with our housing contracts, customers cannot park any caravan, trailer, boat, commercial vehicle, HGV, quad bike or mini motorbike in any shared parking areas, or on any land around their home, unless they have consent from United Welsh.
Parking, using or driving any non-road legal quad bike, mini motorbike or any other vehicle that cannot be legally driven on a road is also not allowed.
If the land is owned and managed by us, we can take action, but public highways and footpaths are managed by the council. We will tell you if you need to talk to the council instead.
Litter and excessive waste affects the pride we have for where we live, and we understand the negative impact it has on daily life.
To stop rubbish from building up, it must be bagged correctly and placed in the right bins at the collection point, ready for the council to pick up on collection days.
If bulky items are dumped in your area, speak to your local council in the first instance. If you know who dumped the item, please say. Dumping items could cost residents up to £50 per item in recharges.
Graffiti is criminal damage, so it should be reported to the police.
However, the police don’t remove graffiti. If the graffiti is abusive, racist or personally targets a resident, we will arrange to remove it ASAP.
If the graffiti is not on our land, please contact your local council who will arrange to get it removed.
