Our homes
Most of the homes we provide for rent are in Caerphilly, Cardiff, Blaenau Gwent and Vale of Glamorgan. We also provide some homes in Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Bridgend. All our available homes are advertised with the local council in that area, so you will need to know which council looks after the area you want to live in.
Swap your home
If you already rent with United Welsh and want to swap homes with another United Welsh resident, you must apply for consent to do so.
To start the process, you and your swap partner will both need to go to the ‘Requests’ tab on the United Welsh Ted app and fill in the ‘Landlord’s Consent’ form.
When we receive your request, United Welsh has one month to decide or 14 days to ask for more information.
You can also swap homes with someone else living in a social housing property provided by a different landlord. You and your swap partner will still need to have written consent from both landlords to swap homes.
Buy a homeÂ
Through our Harmoni Homes brand, we sell homes that are more affordable to buy than homes for sale on the open market. The profit from the sales is reinvested into building more affordable homes and delivering services for customers.Â
