You will help ensure the smooth handling of legal matters including property transactions, regulatory compliance, document drafting, legal research and supporting internal colleagues with queries. Working alongside the wider Governance team, you will contribute to maintaining strong governance practices, accurate records, and effective legal processes.Â
This role gives you the chance to develop practical skills in housing, property, and regulatory law, gaining experience in a fast‑paced environment where your work will help us deliver the high‑quality services we provide across United Welsh.
*We understand that some applicants may still be completing studies or sitting exams. For that reason, we are happy for the role to begin on a part‑time basis, increasing to full‑time hours once studies or final assessments are completed. Â
