Sustainability Officer (Rent team)

We’re looking for a Sustainability Officer to join our Rents team, supporting residents to sustain their homes and tenancies by providing effective, compassionate and solution‑focused income and arrears support.

In this role, you’ll provide tailored advice and guidance on budgeting, income maximisation and welfare benefits, helping residents to build financial resilience and meet the obligations of their occupation contracts.

Working collaboratively with Rent Officers, Neighbourhood Officers, Money Advisors and external agencies, you’ll play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer‑focused service. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic and resilient, with experience of income management or arrears work in social housing or a similar customer‑facing environment, and a strong commitment to supporting residents through complex and sometimes challenging situations.

  • £39,200.26 per annum
  • Closes Tuesday 5 May, 12pm (midday)
