Rent, service charge and the cost of living prize draw T&Cs

All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This prize draw is restricted to residents of United Welsh Group and excludes employees of United Welsh Group.
No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter this free prize draw. Follow the directions and these terms and conditions.
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the ‘Rent, service charge and the cost of living’ survey.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
The closing date for the prize draw is midnight on Tuesday 8th July 2025. The winner will be contacted via their phone number, which must be provided on submission of the survey.
The prize draw is limited to one application per person.
This is a free prize draw and one winner will be drawn. The winner will be selected at random from all survey entries. In the event of any dispute, the decision of United Welsh Group is final.
The prize is as stated and is non-transferable to another individual. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
In the event of any dispute regarding these terms, results or any other matters relating to the prize draw, the decision of United Welsh Group shall be final.
