My housing teams

Here you can find the friendly teams ready to support you and your community

Neighbourhood team

We have a dedicated Neighbourhood team who are here to support you and your community. Whether you have questions about your tenancy or need help with housing-related issues, our Neighbourhood Officers and Coordinators are here for you.

They’re regularly out in our communities and sometimes carry out joint estate inspections with Celtic Horizons, where any repairs needed are identified and reported. They also help make sure shared spaces are well looked after and tidy.

The team can help with lots of things, including any concerns you have about your home, anti-social behaviour, and connecting you with additional support services if needed.

If there’s something they can’t help with, like street lighting, bulky waste collection or noise problems, they’ll let you know who to contact, such as your local council or another service that can help.

Income and Money Advice team

This team includes our Rent Officers and Money Advisors.

Your Rent Officer is here to help with anything to do with your rent. They can talk you through the best ways to pay, offer budgeting tips to help you manage your money, and connect you with our Money Advice team if you need extra support.

Our Money Advisors are here to help if you’re struggling with money. They can support you with things like applying for benefits, checking what you’re entitled to, finding low-cost furniture, giving out food bank vouchers, and more.

Neighbourhood Safety team

Our Neighbourhood Safety Officers work to help make your community a safe and welcoming place to live. They’re here for you if you need to report anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, or other safety concerns.

The team will look into the issue and, if needed, can help you get extra support from other services.

Living Well team

The Living Well team is here to help people over 55 find a safe and comfortable home, along with the support they need. We have different types of places to live, like flats, bungalows, sheltered housing, and extra care schemes. Some homes have more support from our staff than others, so you can get just the right amount of help for your needs.

The team visits schemes to talk to residents, listen to your concerns, and make sure you feel safe and comfortable at home. They also check gardens and shared spaces to see if they are tidy and well looked after. The team makes sure rules for fire safety and health are followed, and helps out with any safety or protection issues.
