Live Life to the Full

Live Life to the Full is a course designed for people that are experiencing isolation, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety, low moods or low motivation.

This free seven-week course is a friendly programme designed to help you prioritise your mental health and explore what happiness means to you.

This life skills course teaches essential wellbeing strategies to help you thrive, and is designed to support you in getting the most out of life and adapting to the challenges it brings. Learn how to restore balance when you feel pulled in every direction.

The course runs for two hours a week, for seven weeks. It will be held on the same day each week, from 10am – 12pm. You must be able to attend every session.

Our Customer Involvement team doesn’t just put on courses they think you want – they work with you to make it happen.

If you’d like to join this course, simply fill in the form to register your interest. We’ll arrange it at a time, place, and date that works best for those who apply.
