While United Welsh provides homes for social rent, our Harmoni Homes brand advertises other low-cost housing options. 

These options include: 

• Homes for affordable rent, which are available for people with low incomes to rent at a lower cost than private market rates. 

• Homes to buy through Low Cost Home Ownership or Shared Ownership schemes, meaning the properties (or a share of the properties) are sold to people on low incomes at a discounted rate. This includes great opportunities for first time buyers or people wanting to own a home again to get on the property ladder. 

• Homes to buy at open market rate, with all profits reinvested into building more affordable homes and providing housing services.
