Tell us about our rent payment services and you could win a £100 gift voucher

We are sending out a survey that will help us find out what customers think of our rent payment services and how easy they are to use. Your feedback will help us understand what the most common methods of payment are, what we do well and what we need to improve.

As a thank you for completing the survey, you can enter our prize draw to win one of five £100 shopping vouchers.  

The prize draw will close on Saturday 31st May 2025. One entry per household will be accepted and winners will be notified through phone and email.

Depending on how you like us to communicate with you, you may have also received a link to the survey through text. If you have told us that you don’t want us to communicate with you via text, then you will not receive a survey.
