TINYPulse is an employee engagement platform that allows organisations to get valuable feedback from employees to create a happier workplace, and United Welsh staff submitted the highest average happiness scores across the globe in their sector.
Lynda Sagona, Group Chief Executive of United Welsh, said:
“We are over the moon to have been awarded the 2020 Happiest Award. Our people work incredibly hard to provide quality homes and make a difference to our communities every day, and so we are always striving to improve our company culture and ensure our staff are happy and supported at work.

Instead of assuming what needs to be changed, we ask staff directly what they need to work well and be happy at work. We do this by using platforms such as TINYPulse, which we’ve used since 2017, that helps us to ask questions and regularly measure the happiness of our teams and allows staff to provide honest feedback and suggestions.
