Celtic Offsite
The NH3 framework was developed to provide an efficient, value for money procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies for the offsite development of new residential buildings using MMC.
Through the framework, Celtic Offsite will support housing associations, local authorities and other partners to increase their use of MMC and expand the supply of low and net zero carbon housing stock.
Celtic Offsite Managing Director Neil Robins said:
“We are excited to be a part of a framework that provides quality, choice and flexibility to clients who aspire to provide low and net zero carbon homes in Wales.
“We look forward to the collaboration opportunities ahead and working more closely with Welsh supply chain partners.”
The Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) provides frameworks which can be used by local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to procure works, products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing, schools and public buildings.
They operate in Wales connecting construction companies, manufacturers and service providers with the needs of their clients.
The NH3 framework was designed to help boost the delivery of homes required to fulfil housing need across communities in Wales, England, and Scotland. It will run until May 2027.
