If you are worried that someone living in a home provided by United Welsh is experiencing abuse of any kind, in any place, please complete this form.

Whether you are worried about yourself, a family member, a neighbour, or co-worker, please let us know.

In an emergency, please call the police on 999. If someone needs medical attention, please call 999 and ask for an ambulance.

It is ok if you want to be anonymous and not give your name or contact details. We will still investigate your concerns.
