This life skills course teaches essential wellbeing strategies to help you thrive, and is designed to support you in getting the most out of life and adapting to the challenges it brings. Learn how to restore balance when you feel pulled in every direction.
The course runs for two hours a week, for seven weeks. It will be held on the same day each week, from 10am – 12pm. You must be able to attend every session.
