Regulatory Judgement
We are a registered social landlord, which means we are regulated by Welsh Government.
This means that the Welsh Government make a Regulatory Judgement on us after carrying out a regulatory assessment to check how we are operating and how we are doing against our delivery outcomes, such as providing quality affordable homes, governance and finance.
Self-assessment report
Every year, we carry out a self-evaluation to assess how well we are delivering on the Regulatory Standards set by Welsh Government. The standards cover governance, service delivery and financial viability.
