Development Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Surveyor to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious development plans.

This role will support us to deliver our aim of 1,300 new homes, including schemes that tackle youth homelessness and other specialist accommodation programmes. The role will also play a key part in delivering refurbishment projects for Welsh Government funded programmes. The successful candidate will source new opportunities, assess the condition and suitability of these opportunities alongside partners, and engage design teams. They will ensure our schemes meet legislative and quality and financial requirements such as WHQS and WDQR, driving energy efficiency of homes and tackling fuel poverty.

Please note that there are two roles available:
1 x Permanent
1 x One year fixed term contract

Salary: £37,000 per annum
