One of the photos is two men looking down at work, and another is a lady smiling.\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4>The Tai Pawb \u2018Deeds Not Words\u2019 initiative launched in 2020 as a commitment to ending racial inequality in the housing sector.<\/h4>\n<p>Two years later, we find ourselves in a cost-of living crisis that is disproportionately affecting minority ethnic households and will deepen racial inequality further.<\/p>\n<p>This is one reason of many demonstrating that the commitments we made to eradicate racism upon signing the pledge are as important now as they were in 2020.
