Y Ddeddf Rhentu Cartrefi yw\u2019r newid mwyaf i gyfraith tai yng Nghymru ers degawdau. Bydd yn gwella sut rydym yn rhentu, yn rheoli ac yn byw mewn cartrefi rhent yng Nghymru.<\/h4>\n

Fel rhan o’r ddeddfwriaeth newydd, mae cytundebau tenantiaeth yn cael eu disodli gan gontractau meddiannaeth.
