Byddwch yn cael tawelwch meddwl llwyr gan Gymdeithas Tai sydd ag enw da ac sy\u2019n arwain.<\/p>\n<h3>Pecyn Rheoli Tenantiaeth<\/h3>\n<p>Unwaith y bydd eich eiddo yn barod i&#8217;w osod byddwn yn rheoli&#8217;r broses gyfan gan gynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marchnata&#8217;r eiddo<\/li>\n<li>Cynnal ymweliadau yng nghwmni darpar denantiaid<\/li>\n<li>Gwiriadau cyfeiriadau tenantiaeth<\/li>\n<li>Ymweliad Cynghorydd Ariannol i wneud yn si\u0175r bod y darpar denant yn gallu fforddio\u2019r rhent cyn cael cynnig y llety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unwaith y bydd tenant wedi\u2019i ddyrannu byddwn yn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cymeryd rhestr eiddo a thynnu llun o&#8217;r eiddo cyn gosod<\/li>\n<li>Cofrestru\u2019r tenant<\/li>\n<li>Trefnu ymweliad croeso o fewn chwe wythnos i sicrhau bod tenantiaid wedi symud i mewn heb unrhyw broblem<\/li>\n<li>Sicrhau bod cwmn\u00efau cyfleustodau a&#8217;r cyngor yn cael eu hysbysu am fanylion deiliad newydd a darlleniadau mesurydd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yn ystod y denantiaeth byddwn yn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Casglu\u2019r rhent gan gynnig sawl ffordd i denantiaid dalu, gan gynnwys debyd uniongyrchol, archeb sefydlog, cardiau talu, dyled neu daliadau cerdyn credyd.
