Gall y sawl sy&#8217;n cam-drin achosi anaf corfforol drwy ddefnyddio arfau, ataliaeth gorfforol, neu ei faint neu gryfder ei hun.<br \/>\nEr mwyn cael ei ystyried yn achos o drais neu gam-drin corfforol, nid oes rhaid i anaf fod yn ddifrifol ac ni fydd o reidrwydd angen triniaeth feddygol. Gall cam-drin corfforol hefyd gynnwys: llosgi, ysgwyd, gwthio, pwnio, cnoi a chydio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cam-drin seicolegol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gall cam-drin seicolegol gynnwys defnyddio trais neu fygwth gwneud hynny er mwyn codi ofn ar y dioddefwr. Gall y math hwn o gam-drin gynnwys: bychanu ac achosi embaras, rheoli&#8217;r hyn y gall y dioddefwr ei wneud a&#8217;r hyn na all ei wneud ac ynysu cymdeithasol oddi wrth ffrindiau ac aelodau o&#8217;r teulu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cam-drin ariannol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cam-drin domestig ariannol yw&#8217;r math mwyaf cyffredin o gam-drin, er mai hwn, yn aml, yw&#8217;r math mwyaf anodd i&#8217;w adnabod. Bydd y sawl sy&#8217;n cam-drin yn atal ei bartner rhag cael arian neu wneud trafodion ariannol eraill, ac weithiau bydd yn ei wahardd rhag gweithio, gan olygu ei fod wedi&#8217;i ynysu&#8217;n gymdeithasol, sy&#8217;n arwain at gyfyngiadau tebyg i&#8217;r rhai a welir mewn achosion o gam-drin seicolegol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cam-drin rhywiol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gall ymosodiad neu gam-drin rhywiol ddigwydd i unrhyw un, gan gynnwys y rhai hynny nad ydynt, o bosibl, yn gallu gwrthod oherwydd anabledd, salwch neu am eu bod dan ddylanwad cyffuriau neu alcohol.
