Tenants and applicants that have registered with ‘homes online’ will have their own unique reference number to access your online account.
Only you may use your online account. You must keep your account and password confidential and not authorise any other person or third party to access or use the service on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity that takes place with in your account.
If you suspect misuse of your account or if you suspect that your account password has been compromised, you must change your password immediately with the password reset service provided. You must never give this password out.
