We are working with Acuity to complete Tenant Satisfaction Surveys so we can find out what our tenants think of our services and use their feedback to recognise what we do well and what needs to improve.
Acuity will phone tenants from an 01273 number and will call between 9.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday and between 10am – 4pm on Saturdays.
Depending on your experience with us, the survey will cover topics such as being a new tenant, general tenancy issues, wellbeing, complaints, anti-social behaviour and more.
Tenants will be called at random but it is not compulsory to take part. If you receive a phone call but don’t want to complete the survey, that’s absolutely fine.
Please rest assured that your details will not be shared with anyone else and will only be used to help us review our performance.
