Logging a formal complaint
Since 8th October we have had some problems accessing our web e-forms. Please use the e-mail address below to make a complaint. If you made a complaint recently using the form on this page and have received no response to date, please let us know.
As you feel this is a serious service failure within the organisation, please provide as much information as possible. This will help us investigate your complaint more efficiently
Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and you will have a response within 15 working days.
