If you are not happy following recent contact with United Welsh please let us know by submitting a complaint. Your complaint will be passed to the relevant department and we will contact you to discuss your concerns within five days.
If you feel that there has been a serious service failure or you are not happy with the outcome of an informal complaint, you can raise a second stage “Formal" Complaint by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
